That I am the President/Secretary of the Society named.

That the desirous persons of the Society are not related to each other by way of blood relation or otherwise That the name of purposed Society is not identical or reassemble to any other registered/non-registered Society our locality as per my knowledge. That if name of this Society was found attracting the provision of Emblems & name (prevention of Improper Act.)Act of 1950 and/ or identical and resemble closely to any other Societies which are already registered under society registration act. of 1860 in the N.C.T. Delhi and Other law of land applicable to them add registration granted shall be deemed to have been withdrawn resigned under the general law of the Society fail to change the name within the given time do so Registrar of Societies Delhi.

Note:

1. The affidavits should be executed separately on Rs. 2/- Non-Judicial stamp paper, which are to be duly signed by the deponent and also attested by any Notary Public(with Rs.3/- Notarial Stamp)/Oath Commissioner/Ist Class magistrate

2. Attested Copy of Legal documentary proof is required to support both the Affidavits(like: Photocopy of ration card, Electric/Water Bill and Ownership Title like House tax paid bill or sale deed etc.)

3. Only relevant material from the above sample Affidavits should be typed
